Welcome to the winding maze of my art portfolio! I have dedicated my adult life to the arts as a multipassionate creative, an artist educator and a creativity coach so there is a lot to discover.
The compass below will guide you to what you want to findā¦
Welcome to my world, a place for the creative and curious!
I spend my life on endless creative adventuresā¦
Since I was little I have found so much joy in making things - it is my vocation, my passion and my favourite pastime. My creativity is fed by my curiosity and wonder about the natural world around me, and by my very active imagination which opens doors into worlds of possibility every day.
After spending many years searching for the perfect medium, I realised that I was on the wrong path entirely and that my love of learning new things was my true artistic medium.
I now describe myself as a multipassionate creative who works in illustration, model making, miniatures, paper sculpture and video.
Other mediums I enjoy include animation, printmaking, photography, puppet making, book binding and costume making. But I have a cornucopia of creative skillsā¦if you can find it in a Hobbycraft store Iāve probably explored it, because I simply cannot resist the possibilities of a new medium!
While I love to create my own artwork, I also find sharing creativity with others brings me a powerful sense of meaning and a lot of joy.
I have dedicated much of my career to supporting people in developing their creativity - as a workshop practitioner, an art teacher, an adult education tutor, a creativity coach and as a inventor of creative activities and resources. I believe that your creativity matters.
As an educator I now focus on designing imaginative, high quality video tutorials and online resources to inspire both creativity and a love for natural history.
You can explore previous projects Iāve worked on or initiated on the āProjectsā page, where you can also learn more about how to commission work from me.
My books are currently open for projects from January 2025 and onwards.
I have spent 15 years developing my creative practice while also learning to prioritise joy, curiosity & imagination as a multipassionate HSP & neurodivergent artist.
